Currently serving as the Head of Data and Machine Learning at Notable, Kevin led the development of AI solutions that enhance healthcare operations and patient engagement. Recent achievements include the architecture and deployment of a retrieval-augmented conversational agent powered by large language models (LLMs), which supports health system interactions ranging from scheduling appointments to managing payments and prescriptions. Kevin also spearheaded the creation of Notable’s data platform that integrates streaming data with a semantic modeling layer to provide real-time analytics to health system customers.
Previously, Kevin was the Data Science Technical Lead at Change Healthcare, where he directed the development of deep learning models for predicting claim denials and predictive analytics across medical claim datasets.
Kevin holds a Ph.D. from Stanford University, with a focus on nanotechnology and distributed computational science.
